Most of us have seen the moon when its appearance has changed to red. Because of the color, NASA refers to the moon as a Blood Red Moon. The Spirit of Understanding gives us the ability to perceive or discern. Understanding is having great insight, perception or discernment. The scripture says, "with all thy getting get understanding." However, applying the Word of God is not enough. The Spirit of Wisdom gives us the ability to apply the Word of God to our lives. Proverbs 4:7 says, "Wisdom is the principal thing therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding." Wisdom is the application of knowledge. What does this all mean? I believe these events are setting the stage for a major event to take place that will impact the world and confirm how close we really are to the end times.
